Have you ever begun your day on Public Transport- and taken a moment to disconnect from the constant distraction of your Smart phone, Spotify, online news, Horoscopes, to instead, look around?
At the guy next to you that is all suited up with his fancy paisley tie on, and laughing internally with a smile on his face at some show he’s watching on his phone?!
Or the lady next to you reading something about the ‘functioning of the liver’ at 6:57am’ most likely catching up on work or study reading.
What about the middle aged women sitting in the corner of a 6 seater train booth, staring neutrally outside the window as the world passes her by this Thursday morning!
And you? Or Me? What are we up to?

How are you feeling today?
Like what kind of thoughts are going through your head?!
Stop… right now! Catch one of your thoughts as if your’re leaping in the air to catch a netball!
Got it…? GOOD 😊!
Just out of curiosity, what kind of quality is the thought you just caught? Is it one that lifts you up, leaves you feeling light and connected to yourself and life… eg:
‘How good is that sunshine this morning‘?! Simple, Light, uplifting, connected!
Or it could be something less dr. Feel good. That leaves you feeling defeated before the days even begun! Eg.:
‘Shit, I have so much to do when I get into work… aaaggghhhh”- Defeated no?!
Ok some yummy food for thought. Do you know that you co create the bliss or crap that goes through your mind n body? Like, life doesn’t just happen to you or me- it happens WITH US. We co create this beast!
So get creating I say.. choose how you want your day to begin with a little pre thought and intention. It’s a sure way to steer you and your day, week, month ahead into a more simple and BLISSful direction.
So here’s mine for today cause I can’t ask you to do it and not give it a crack myself…
