8 years ago to date, I had a big blister on my foot as I embarked on a deep soul calling to walk the Camino de Santiago, a 900km pilgrimage in the Spanish sun!
8 years on, I am still banging on about it!
It was the best call I have answered in my life and this long walk home still has a positive impact on me, daily.
2 of my greatest take aways from my Camino are…
1. That life is best lived one step at a time, at your pace. If we move too fast, we’ll miss it and if we move too slow, we’ll still miss it. One step at a time is not about the grand gestures or wild experiences, the money, the material investments or even the holidays, they certainly help. But it’s the over looked, deeply impactful daily steps in an aligned direction, that makes life feel the fullest.
And…
2. That life has a rhythm. There is literally an energetic flow between us and life. When we quiet down enough, even if it’s for 10 minutes a day to connect, the impossible or hard becomes so much easier when we’re in alignment. Our individual job, if we choose, is to find and remember that flow with life. It’s felt as energy not a thought… a feeling.
So of late, I have received another soul calling. This time it doesn’t involve a pink back pack, blister pads, a spikey ball or Spain…
It involves me and YOU!

Combining my 20 years of experience as a social worker and educator, alongside my adventurous spirit and natural care for others, I have developed a transformative process called ‘soul venture’ sessions.
These unique 1 off sessions, designed for men and woman, create a space for us to explore the different elements of health that make up overall wellbeing (I call them cups). You will understand which of your cups are full, and which need a top up and exactly how?
Through conversation, reflective enquiry, deep listening and a playful curiosity, you will walk away with feeling clearer about the steps that will realign you with your life’s FLOW again. It’s that simple.
